Which file formats do you deliver?
SolidWorks native files (SLDPRT, SLDASM, SLDDRW), STEP, IGES, Parasolid, DXF, DWG and PDF. Tell us your SolidWorks version and title block and we will use them.
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes. Send your NDA and we sign it before you share any files. If you don’t have one, we can send a standard mutual NDA.
How are revisions handled?
Two revision rounds within the agreed scope are included (three for Premium). Changes beyond the scope are quoted before we start them.
How fast is delivery?
Basic jobs take 2–3 working days. For larger jobs the delivery date is confirmed in each fixed-price quote, counted from the deposit and complete input files.
How do I pay?
USDT or USDC stablecoin (TRON or Polygon network), or a transfer via our payment partner. The deposit invoice includes exact instructions.
Do you certify or stamp designs?
No. We produce design files to your specifications and standards; engineering approval and certification stay with your qualified engineer.
Who owns the files?
You do. Full rights to the delivered design files transfer to you after final payment.
