This policy explains what personal data qanatworks.com handles. The site belongs to Qanat Works, a remote SolidWorks design and automation studio. Contact: hello@qanatworks.com.
What we collect
- Emails you send us. If you email hello@qanatworks.com, we receive your name, email address, your message and any files you attach. We use them only to answer you, prepare a quote and carry out the project you ask for.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider’s servers and security firewall process technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver pages and block attacks.
What we don’t do
- No analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising.
- No analytics or marketing cookies.
- We don’t sell or rent your data, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
- Comments are disabled on this site, so we collect no comment data.
Cookies
Ordinary visitors get no cookies from us. WordPress sets login cookies only for site administrators who sign in.
Your files and confidentiality
Drawings and models you send are used only for your project and are not shared with anyone outside the people working on it. We sign your NDA on request before you send files.
How long we keep data
We keep project emails and files as long as needed for the project and our records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@qanatworks.com and we will reply within 30 days.
